After the debacle of Radhe Shyam, Prabhas is aiming to come back hard with his upcoming project Adipurush. This mythological epic is being directed by Om Raut. It features Kriti Sanon as the female lead. While Prabhas will be seen as Lord Rama, Kriti plays the role of Sita in the movie.
Kriti says that she is pretty nervous as well as happy to be a part of Adipurush. Speaking in a recent media interaction, she said she was a bit nervous to act in this film because she is unaware of the world she is getting into and she was not sure how she was going to portray the role of Sita. She, as an actor, feels responsible because she is playing such an iconic role in Adipurush.
The makers are pretty confident about Adipurush's success. The film features Saif Ali Khan in the role of Ravana. It is slated for a pan-India release on January 12, 2023.
