Varasudu story at a glance

Vaarasudu is a comedy action entertainer starring Nagarjuna and Krishna in lead roles with lot of engaging moments and fun times. The story of the film is based on Ajay Devgan’s hit bollywood movie Phool Aur Kaante. Good music, comedy scenes and brilliant dialogues made the film stand out.

Story Details:
Vinay (Nagarjuna) is a fun loving youngster who studies in college. Keerthi (Nagma) is a new comer in the college who gets teased by Vinay along with his gang. The college also has another student (Srikanth) a wrong doer who has a rift with Vinay all the time. Vinay’s estranged father Dharma Teja (Krishna) helps him as he is a powerful don in the city. But Vinay doesn’t approve of his father for deserting him and his mom for the purpose of becoming influential in the city. Vinay gets married to Keerthi and have a pleasant life. Rest of the film is about whether Vinay unites with his father Dharma Teja and avenges the villains.

Performances:
Nagarjuna is extremely believable as the happy go lucky youngster , a lover and a troubled son. His acting is brilliant in every frame and he does wonders in comedy scenes. Nagma is apt as the female lead and does her job right in the glamorous department. Brahmanadam rocks as the irritable lecturer in the hero’s college and his comedy timing with Babu Mohan and Master Bala Aditya is another asset. Krishna does a memorable role of Dharma Teja the don with perfection. Srikanth does well as the student of negative shades and Gummadi does a comedy role of principal well.

Technical Aspects:
Screenplay and Direction was done by E.V.V.Satyanarayana proves yet again why he is a master film maker of Tollywood. Cinematography by Chota K Naidu is excellent as usual. Music by M.M.Keeravani is brilliant with foot tapping numbers.
