Satellite rights of the films are often regarded as the market stamina of the respective heroes and the craze over the film.
All the leading entertainment channels bid heavily and purchase big player films for TRPs and usually it is either MAA TV or Gemini who bag Mahesh's films (except Sainikudu). But Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film Sreemanthudu (working title) satellite rights are bagged by Zee Telugu for about Rs 10.40 crores, as per sources.
Even after having two box office duds, Mahesh’s craze looks unchanged. Meanwhile fans are awaiting the first look on this May 31 (on the eve of Superstar Krishna's birthday) and the movie is scheduled for a release on July 17.
