He is none other than star writer and now producer Kona Venkat. Talk is that Kona has a strong rapport with Anjali since she has worked for his movie Geetanjali and he played a key role in getting her into the project. Anjali has already worked with senior heroes like Venkatesh so if Dictator works it is going to be a very big plus for her.
