The only name that is being heard across every quarter of Tollywood is that of Darsakaratna Dasari Narayana Rao. He departed yesterday and his funeral happened with the best of government honours. Many are certain this vacuum can never be filled.
While discussions are still on about Dasari, here is another update. It is heard that many anecdotes are coming about Dasari but one group is keen on coming up with a biopic on him. Given Dasari’s illustrious career, there would be sufficient data for a biopic.
Many aspects such as the starting days of his career onstage, his love story with his wife Padma, his entry as a director, actor and his eventual rise as a father figure to Tollywood is certainly a journey. The announcement of the biopic may come anytime.
