In the recent past the only reference to Raavana came after watching the teaser of Jai Lava Kusa wherein young tiger Junior NTR was seen hailing the Lord of Lanka. While that is happening, one senior star is actually donning the role of Raavana albeit in a real time environment.
He is none other than Mukesh Rishi and reports reveal he is going to be part of a stage play titled Lav Kush. Incidentally, this is one of the most prestigious plays that is held in New Delhi each year and is attended by many important politicians, industrialists and other VIPs.
The tradition of stage drama revives the very essence of Indian heritage and Mukesh Rishi becoming Raavana has added a lot of hype to the whole event. This is going to take place in the month of September. On films front, Mukesh would be seen soon in the much talked about ‘Gautham Nanda’ featuring aggressive star Gopichand.
