Naa Autograph Sweet Memories story at a glance
The film revolves around the journey of Seenu (Ravi Teja) who works in advertising agency in Hyderabad. The journey starts with distribution of wedding invitations of Seenu’s wedding. In this journey he comes across three women (Mallika – during his childhood, Gopika – during his college days & Bhumika - while Seenu hunts for job) who change his life at certain phase. Finally Seenu marries Kanika and the film ends with Seenu sharing his memories with the audience.

Though the movie got reviews, positive talk and appreciation from critics but it commercially failed at box office. But on the whole, the movie ended as an above average at box office. -

- The film is a remake of the super hit Tamil film Autograph which starred Cheran and Sneha in the lead roles.

- Actress Gopika played the same role in Tamil Version of Autograph as well.
- Heroine Bhumika was so impressed with the film, she also planned to remake the film in Bollywood on her own banner. But it did not materialize.
