Hareram story at a glance
Hari and Ram (both played by Kalyanram) are born twins. But Ram is mentally affected child and if he finds anyone who's more intelligent than him, he would beat them up. Scared by his condition, Ram’s mother (Seetha) walks out of the home along with Ram, in order to protect him. Meanwhile Hari, will be raised by his uncle and aunt (Chalapati Rao & Sudha), turns out to be an IPS officer - the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP). Hari is very aggressive cop and fights with health minister Shiva Reddy (Kota Srinivasa Rao) who is behind a health mafia with his brother Dr. G.K. Reddy (Rajeev Kanakala). Then Hari starts killing of GK and his men in the name of Ram. What is the reason behind this act of Hari forms the rest of the story.
