Gokulamlo Seetha story at a glance
Kalyan (Pawan Kalyan) is a rich spoilt brat who has all the vices of wine and women. Babu Rao (Sudhakar) helps him in getting girls. Once Kalyan and his friend Bhaskar (Harish) go to a marriage and see Sirisha (Raasi) there. Both of them fall flat for her. Kalyan tries to woo her and Bhaskar proposes. But Sirisha rejects both of them. Bhaskar then tries to commit suicide and then Sirisha agrees to marry him. When she goes to her mother to seek her blessings, she tries to marry her daughter to her cousin Achyuth. Sirisha writes a letter to Bhaskar to take her away and save her from this marriage. Kalyan helps Bhaskar and brings Sirisha. But Bhaskar’s parents oppose this marriage by insulting Sirisha. Kalyan loses his temper and hits Bhaskar’s father adding fuel to fire. Disheartened Sirisha leaves their house, but is saved by Kalyan and taken to his house. And the rest of the story is how Sirisha's entry changes Kalyan and how they get united.

Pawan Kalyan did not get any offers after his first film Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi. He took a brief break before his second movie, Gokulam lo Seeta came. The movie was a decent hit then. -
