The situation of Tollywood has become like a girl caught between two lovers. After the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, the industry has to look at both states and strike a balance. But the way things are going on, Tollywood might just show its inclination towards the residuary Andhra Pradesh for valid reasons.

The latest news is AP CM Chandrababu Naidu announcing about a film city near the beach city of Vizag. Since there is no power cut, this is a good project and adds value to the business. The situation in Hyderabad is not that rosy, film studios and cinema offices are facing problems due to lack of power.

Many have stopped using ACs as the consumption of diesel is incurring high expenditure. If the power cuts continue and increase (as is being expected) then industry will run into severe losses. Looking at the situation, it is heard that the industry biggies have started thinking of shifting to Andhra Pradesh owing to the Sops being offered by Naidu. It is about time TS CM KCR and his team gets into action and does something about it.
