It doesn’t matter how many differences you may have with the board’s suggestions, you just have to work a via media solution and get going. But lately, the censor board has become quite sensitive and they are cutting anything which reflects a slight controversy. As part of that, they have also cut the word Pinjaari.
If you have seen the films of the past, Pinjaari is a common word found in many films made by the legendary Jandhyala. But now it is heard that one community is there by that time so censor board is objecting this word should not be used henceforth. Akin to that, recently the star lyricist Madhan Karky in Kollywood also faced a similar issue with one of his lines in a song. Unusual but true!
