After you attain a certain brand or stature in the entertainment industry, you tend to associate with only those projects which befit your image. And if you are having a legendary status then this approach becomes more. But there are always those exceptions who prove their true mettle by focusing on talent than anything else.
One classic example for that is maestro Ilaiyaraaja. He has created music for many decades with some immortal tunes and numbers. Now, he is going to be part of a project which has a total set of new faces. The film is titled as 16 and it is going to be helmed by a new director with new heroes and heroines.
This is a multi-starrer of sorts and the noted director Ramesh Varma is the producer. This Ilaiyaraaja musical will commence its shooting in the month of December. Meanwhile, Ramesh Varma has got the Naga Shaurya project titled Abbayitho Ammayi. Then he has got another big project under another banner in December. Ilaiyaraaja is the music director for that as well.
