One of the biggest reasons behind the stupendous success of Baahubali as a film is because of the brilliant writing support by S.S.Rajamouli’s father Vijayendra Prasad. He has earned nationwide fame by providing great story for Salman Khan’s Bhajrangi Bhaijaan this year as well.

But this talented writer was stuck in legal trouble since four years when a politician turned producer Chengala Venkat Rao filed a case on him alleging cheque bounce issue in Yalamanchili High Court. The producer had a rift with Vijayendra Prasad when working for a film called Narasimhudu with regards to remuneration for writing the story and because of the differences, he walked out of it. The case went on all these years and finally reached a judgment stage in favour of Vijayendra Prasad!

The judge said that the case has been dismissed because of lack of proper evidence and hence Vijayendra Prasad isn’t proven guilty. Vijayendra Prasad must be a relieved man now and currently he is focusing on writing for Baahubali: The Conclusion.
