The high voltage composer and fun singer Thaman has completed half century as a music director in a shortest span of time. His tunes and funky rhythms became an overnight sensation with super hit album Kick and he reached the top league of music composers with Dookudu. Right from then, Thaman became a firsthand choice for every big hero!

It is a known fact that the Chennai flood incident has disrupted normal life of common people and celebrities alike and many film personalities had their work stalled because of this reason. In fact, many star heroes of Kollywood came forward to help the troubled people in the city. However, Thaman has got a new problem because of this incident. His state of the art recording studio has been seriously damaged and it is estimated that at least one month time is needed for it to be restored.

Thaman has already composed songs for Balakrishna’s upcoming release Dictator and the makers are planning to release the film as a Sankranthi 2016 treat. Sadly, the re-recording formalities have stopped now because of Thaman’s studio getting affected. Sources say that Thaman told the makers of Dictator to go ahead with Mani Sharma or somebody else if they are serious about releasing it for Sankranthi.

It is yet to be decided whether the makers would wait for Thaman or go ahead with another composer to stick to the deadline. Well, if they are banking on Thaman alone, Dictator’s release would be pushed to Feb!
