Kalyana Vaibhogame is an upcoming feel good love story starring Naga Shourya and Yevade Subrahmanyam fame Malavika Nair in lead roles. The film is directed by Nandini Reddy and music is composed by melodious Kalyani Koduri.

The album begins in a celebration note with Chakkandala Chukka sung perfectly by composer Kalyani Koduri and sweet sounding Sunitha. The track instantly gives the modern wedding feel with lot of vigor, fun and neat strings. It creates an overall feel good impact which is typical of Kalyani Koduri albums. The song also speaks about the greatness of marriage and bonding in contemporary style.

Chirunavvule is a Reggae composition with live drumming, jazzy saxophone and the mesmerizing voice of Haricharan who tries out vintage singing and complimented flawlessly by new singer Sushma Triya. Watch out for the timely piano touches and the overall song reverberates with simplicity and sweetness.  Another best aspect of this number is conversational style of presentation.

It is time to gather pace with Pal Pal well equipped with digital sequencing and trance party look. Most of the lyrics are in Hyderabadi Hindi with fun moments sung well by Rahul Nambiar and Pearl Maane.  The usage of peppy Harmonium in the midst of a dance number is downright commendable. Though it is a trendy party number, the song speaks about youthful thinking and energy levels.

Kalyani Koduri comes back to his usual best with another lovely solo Manasantha Meghamai sung by the brilliant singer Chinmayi Sripada. The classy tune is greatly aided with string section and soothing treble. Kudos to Chimayi’s unique Telugu diction and she breathes life to this soft number!

Pelli Pelli is a funky number with funny lyrics which attempts a funny take on Marriage system.  Deepu, Dhanraj, Hemanth and Labhoo do a commendable job with this impressive fusion between Rap and melody. The interludes are downright funny with conversations which speak about the realistic colors of marriage and relationship.

The finale occurs in grace with Evaru Neevu sung by the amazing singer Vijay Yesudas. An emotionally compelling number with mellowed electric guitar and philosophical singing by Vijay is a greatest asset for this song. In short, this song gives an introspective outlook and makes complete justice to this fantastic album.

Verdict:
Kalyana Vaibhogame is another downright winner from the fresh combination of Nandini Reddy and Kalyani Koduri. Naga Shourya gets another musical in his career in the form of this album after the super successful Oohalu Gusagusalaade!
