Some of you might be part of the Tollywood circuit and you would know how tough things were with the regional censor board during the regime of Dhanalakshmi. Now that she is transferred, some of the cine members have breathed a sigh of relief and are taking things easy.

However, the more experienced ones are saying the censor board must not be taken for granted. They advise that producers should not approach censor board one week before release. They must plan at least one month before or two weeks at least to get their censor certificate.

If it doesn’t happen, distributors will hesitate to block theatres and things will get disturbed. Even for multiplexes to open their booking counters they need to see the censor certificate first. No influence will work at the censor office so it better to get it done with good window.
