‘Slow and steady’ – this seems to be the mantra of Akkineni Prince Akhil Though he failed to create magic with his debut film, he is leaving no stone unturned to make his second film count.
Well after a series of permutations and combinations for about 8-10 months, director for his second film is believed to be finalized. Latest reports reveal that Hanu Raghavapudi (of Andaala Rakshasi & KVPG movies fame) will direct this project. Even Nagarjuna was impressed with Hanu’s script and is happy over the combination. Hunt for the remaining cast & crew is currently on. Akhil & Hanu reportedly want to start the shoot at the earliest probably in the month of August.
Hanu’s mettle as a mainstream filmmaker was proved with KVPG and he can give Akhil the much needed changeover and success for sure. Let’s hope and wish Akhil’s forthcoming flick might satisfy the appetite of the Akkineni fans as well.
