Popular character artiste Brahmaji did so many lively roles in Tollywood and some of his notable performances from- Gulabi, Ninne Pelladtha, Mirapakai & Chandralekha will always come into our memory lane.
Well along with these characters, he did a protagonist role in the National award winning film Sindhuram(1997) and he unfolded an interesting story behind this film in a recent interview. Going into the story, during the struggling days of Krishna Vamsi, Brahmaji happened to feed him on one of the fateful days where KV didn’t had his meal since a week. Unknowingly Brahmaji did this favour of offering the meal to KV which he reminded and gave him the main lead in the most important film of his career as a pay back.
Quite interestingly for a long time, even Brahmaji didn’t know about this actual reason of getting picked to play the main lead role in the film. Well finally Brahmaji said that he got a big favour from director KV for his unknowing help and also said he never be able to give back for the thing which he received from KV.
Well this is an interesting story behind the interesting film.
