Tanikella And Sirivennela On Short Films

In the recent times, Short Films have made their mark as the best platform to showcase your talent and convey a strong message to the society. And when big cine celebrities endorse such films, the impact and attention is more and meaningful.
 
As part of that, the Samachara Bharati Cultural Association is coming up with ‘Kakatiya Film Festival’ from December 17th onwards in Hyderabad. The focus of this fest is ‘Ek Bharat, Samarasya Bharat’. This is going to be done under the auspices of two legends.
 
They are the multi-talented Tanikella Bharani and the legendary Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry. The objective behind this initiative is to encourage youth towards issues such as service, awareness, harmony. The judges for this fest are directors Allani Sridhar, Madhura Sreedhar, Sumanth Paranje, ‘Sutradhaar’ theatre dignitary Vinay Varma.
 
The registration is free and first prize is Rs 51,000, second prize– Rs 21,000, third prize – Rs 11,000. The minimum duration of the film should be 10 minutes in Telugu, English or Hindi. Last date for entries is December 11th, 2016. The films would be screened on December 17th at Saaradhi Studios.
