This is the life story of Mahanati Savitri and since the last few weeks the project was in headlines because of the confusion regarding who would do the title role. The latest update has confirmed that it is going to be the cute looking Keerthy Suresh.
The cine experts say this is the right choice. Apparently, if a famous heroine is chosen only her image and performance would be registered but Keerthy is still in the growing stages so she will give it a new touch with more focus on the Mahanati herself than the person reprising her role. This is a wise move indeed.
