If you are asked to name the most influential and powerful film families of Tollywood then you would take the name of the Akkinenis in the top three standings. It is true given their legacy but here is an interesting observation made by the trade pundits.
Well, the Akkineni family is yet to open their account in the prestigious 100 crores club. Of course, this has opened up very recently with the super success of the magnum opus Baahubali but since then many other film families and star heroes have entered that bracket.
The likes of young tiger Junior NTR, stylish star Allu Arjun, mega powerstar Ram Charan and young rebel star Prabhas are already there. Among the seniors, even power star Pawan Kalyan, superstar Mahesh Babu and megastar Chiranjeevi have also breached that. Let us see when the Akkinenis will get there.
