The saga of Tollywood heroes trying to break through the fort of Kollywood and create a base for themselves has started in the last three years and currently even the big league boys are also focusing on it strongly. Superstar Mahesh Babu is taking a big leap through his new movie Spyder as it would be a straight Tamil release.

Meanwhile, he seems to have set a record even before the film has hit the screens. To those of you who are not aware, the Tamil Nadu government has a rule that movie titles with Tamil get a tax exemption whereas non Tamil movies have to pay tax. Films which are dubbed in Tamil also ensure they come up with a Tamil title.

But this is not the case with Spyder. Reports from Chennai reveal the film’s title is going to be in English only and the makers are paying extra tax which is a record in itself. It is heard that they are doing this because they want the title to be unique. Spyder releases worldwide on September 27th so let us wish the Tamil Thambis welcome Mahesh wholeheartedly.
