Sree Vishnu and Nivetha Pethuraj is the lead pair in Mental Madhilo, Nara Rohith and Regina Cassandra is the lead pair in Balakrishnudu, Anand Ravi, Ravi Varma and Komali are the leads in Napolean.

It is a known fact that Mental Madhilo's hero Sree Vishnu and Nara Rohith are very good friends outside the movie industry. Both shared the screen in the movie Appatlo Okadundevadu also. There were incidents when Nara Rohith and Sree Vishnu promoted each other and supported each other. Now that both of their movies are to hit the screens on the same day, it has become a competition among themselves.
