While RGV has set a benchmark another filmmaker is following suit and some are now beginning to call him as Junior RGV. His name is Srinivasa Raju and though he is a Telugu guy he has been causing some ripples in the Sandalwood circuit. This is happening with his franchise movie ‘Dandupalyam’.
The first part became a bumper blockbuster while the second tanked and now the third edition has arrived. Based on few true incidents of a dacoit gang, the film was shaped but the manner in which the rawness and brutality are being presented, many are saying this is a chip from RGV’s making.
