After almost 30 years, Nagarjuna and Ram Gopal Varma are teamed together for this thriller which revolves around a cop's story. Though there are some issues tangled around Officer, the buzz is still the same. Akkineni fans are just waiting for the movie to hit the screens. 

In this frame of context, Officer has grabbed a fair pre-release business. Officer is sold for a fancy price in AP. Sri Subramaneswara Cine Creations through Prince Films has bought the rights of Officer for a fancy price in Andhra Pradesh except for Krishna District. Kamakshi Combines has bought the rights for Krishna. Ram Gopal Varma who is one of the producers is to release in Nizam by 'Company'. So, all set for the bad cop to show his stamina at the box-office.
