Bollywood's most happening star Deepika Padukone is the latest Indian celebrity to bag an opportunity to be carved at the Madame Tussauds. Deepika Padukone's wax statue is to be installed at the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London.

The officials at the Madame Tussauds had contacted Deepika Padukone, and she flew down to London. The officials had taken the measurements and the details of Deepika Padukone to carve the life-size statue of her.

Deepika Padukone took to her Twitter to express her happiness over the rare honor she has received. “I am so delighted: Deepika. I look forward to the incredible figure at the attraction,” Deepika said. She also shared the pictures of her being measured by Madame Tussauds staff saying "All about the detailing".
