There is a certain level of expectation when a promising hero is arriving with a movie but in Telugu industry, there is one producer whose film excites the audience and they hold expectations. He is none other than the man with the golden hand Dil Raju. This time he has arrived with the movie ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’ and here is the box office report.

The much hyped ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’ ended up becoming a below average fare for the audience and to be more honest, it is heading towards a flop. The hopes that many had on Dil Raju have once again been dashed. The film is a total washout in the overseas market and due to the high cost involved, it is finding it very hard to match numbers in domestic market.

Meanwhile, the other contenders are getting a boost out of it. ‘Goodachari’ featuring Andhra Aamir Khan Adivi Sesh is racing towards a blockbuster while Universal Star Kamal Haasan’s long delayed ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ has tanked without a trace. ‘Chi La Sow’ had good buzz prior to release but it failed to show in the theatres. Overall, the week that went by has not been encouraging.
