Samantha is gearing up for the release of U Turn and is excited about it. U Turn is the remake of Kannada blockbuster with the same title which is directed by Pawan Kumar. The film is released in both Telugu and Tamil and once again, it was Pawan who directed the project.

For U Turn, Samantha has undergone a huge makeover. She lost some weight and she cut her hair too as the role demanded. The whole film was shot in one single schedule and it’s not something easy.

“I am happy that it is releasing and at the same time, nervous too. I don’t want to disappoint the audience. But I’m sure they’ll enjoy the film on whole. It was fun shooting for the film and thanks to Pawan for trusting in me,” she said.

She also said that she will produce films soon and is waiting for the right time. “ I can’t act and produce together as it is difficult. I am waiting for the right time to do it,’ she added.
