Now, the time has come for Samantha’s stamina to face the real test. She is arriving with her new movie ‘U-Turn’ which is hitting the screens tomorrow. The challenge is, the film has been made at a sizeable budget and it is heard that this has to recover 16 crores to be called as a safe venture. The film is a thriller and with no hero in it.

On the other hand, ‘U-Turn’ has a strong challenger in the form of ‘Shailaja Reddy Alludu’ helmed by the talented Maruthi and it is a mass entertainer. This has more potential to attract the crowds than Sam’s film. It is heard that the Tamil version was sold for 3 crores and it means the Telugu market should fetch 9 crores to bail out the buyers.
