Now, the leading entertainment TV channel Star MAA has paid a huge price to renew satellite rights for coming years. Star Maa will now have rights to telecast this movie in Star Maa, Maa Movies and Maa Gold. Certainly, it shows how popular the film is, even to this day.

Tholiprema featuring Pawan Kalyan and Keerthi Reddy in the lead went on to bag the National Award and state Nandi award for that year. The super hit film was later remade in Hindi and Kannada languages as well.
