"Lakshmi’s NTR" is landed in troubles as Telugu Desam Party leaders raised questions and approached the court. The court served notices to Lakshmi’s NTR and the movie team is yet to counter on this episode.

On the other hand, producer of Lakshmi’s NTR cleared the air and stated that no one can stop the film, which was helming by maverick director Ram Gopal Varma. Rakesh Reddy who is producing this film said, Lakshmi’s NTR is not about politics, it is all about NTR’s life. As NTR was a legend in Tollywood and Telugu politics, it is must for Telugu people to know what happened in NTR’s life, especially in his last days. 

While many TDP leaders are speaking against the movie, director Ram Gopal Varma and producer Rakesh Reddy are clearly saying that the film is not against anybody and the story is prepared with truths only. Lakshmi’s NTR is slated to release in March, before that NTR Mahanayakudu, in which Nandamuri Balakrishna portrayed as his father Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao is getting the release in February 2nd week.
