Rao Ramesh, who portrayed as KVP Ramachandra Rao in Yatra turned emotional while speaking about the film and said, he was stunned by Mammooty’s grace in front of the camera. Though Rao Ramesh proved himself as a versatile actor, he admired Mammootty’s commitment.

“I was stunned seeing Mamooty in YS Rajasekhar Reddy’s role. Not only because of his acting skills, but the way he portrayed the role and the way he stepped into the shoes of YSR are also unmatchable” Rao Ramesh said in an interview post release of the movie Yatra.

On the other hand, Rao Ramesh said he had become like a big admirer of YSR, because of the conviction of the director especially in the Padayatra scenes and pre-climax scenes, in which YSR’s role portrayed as it is very close to reality.

In the meantime Yatra already wins the hearts of Telugu audiences and theatres are crowded with YSR followers and ordinary audiences.
