It's already all over the news that Vinaya Vidheya Rama producer Daanayya and director Boyapati had a heated argument over compensating 50% of their remuneration to the losses incurred by the film after release. To compensate the losses of buyers, the actor, director and producer have reportedly decided to give back 50% of their remuneration.
But Boyapati, who reportedly taken home a pay cheque of Rs 15 Crores, is not willing to pay back his part as goodwill. His argument is that the producer has sold the movie for a much higher price and it resulted in huge losses for the buyers. During their argument, the director-producer is said to have involved in a serious altercation and used coarse language at each other. As per insiders, producer DVV also lost cool and slapped the director.
Ace producer Dil Raju, who was also present in the scene is said to have contained them. Had he not been there, it would have further led to a big fight between them- say some rumours.
