Mahesh Babu's much-anticipated film Maharshi, directed by Vamsi Paidipally, has turned out to be the biggest opener of 2019. However, it is not able to find its feet at the US box office. It took almost four days for a Mahesh Babu starrer to achieve the million dollar mark in the US.

After earning $516K through premieres, the film collected $176K on Thursday. The second-day numbers saw a decent jump, as it made $232K on Friday. On Saturday, till 10 AM EST, Maharshi amassed $78K and joined 1 million dollar club. It is 9th Million dollar film for Superstar Mahesh Babu.

According to early estimates, the film may earn up to $300K by the end of Saturday, thus taking the total near to 1.5 Million dollars. The film is likely to achieve a 1.5 million dollar mark by end of this weekend. Maharshi is a joint production of Dil Raju, Ashwini Dutt and Prasad V Potluri.
