Just the way how 'Srimanthudu' has triggered a debate on the adoption of villages, Mahesh Babu's latest outing Maharshi is also attracting various sections for raising noble concepts like 'Weekend Agriculture' and 'Weekend Farming'. Already, several bigwigs from the film industry are taking a special liking for what is highlighted in the film.

The storyline and subject of Maharshi are rumoured to have impressed actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan as well. Being a farmer himself, Pawan has always been an advocate of organic farming and supported farmers on various issues, one of them is fighting against TDP govt when they tried and pooling from farmers of Amaravati. Having learnt about the content of the film, the Jana Sena chief reportedly shown his interest to watch the film. 

He may consider watching it in the days to come. However, fans of Pawan are eager to learn about his response on Maharshi starring Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde in the lead. Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, Maharshi is a joint production of Dil Raju, Ashwini Dutt and PVP.
