After a stunning remake of Arjun Reddy, as Kabir Singh in Hindi, it is said that Shahid has eyed on remaking a couple of other Telugu films. In other words, apparently, a couple of filmmakers have approached Shahid to remake Nani’s Jersey.

But till now, there has been no official confirmation about this remake and as of now, it seems to be a rumor only. We have learned that Shahid has demanded around Rs 40 crore to remake the film. Famous Bollywood producer Karan Johar has acquired the remake rights of Jersey and it is said to be half of the budget of the entire movie.

Kabir Singh has become a blockbuster all over and has collected more than Rs 300 crore at the box office, worldwide. Maybe this is why the actor is trying and is in plans of hiking his remuneration.

Nothing as of now about the remake has been confirmed till now and an official confirmation is awaited.
