Directed by Harish Shankar, Valmiki is slated for release on 13th September. On the other hand, Nani starrer Gang Leader is also hitting theaters on the same day. Talented director Vikram K kumar is directing the flick.

Both Valmiki and Gang Leader are different films and there is no doubt in it. But, the ‘edge’ is with Valmiki all because of Varun’s stardom. Though Nani has a super hit in his pocket with his recent release Jersey, the ‘mass’ factor in Valmiki is looking more effective than Gang Leader, one of the trade pundit expressed his view.

However, cine analysts are saying that Gang Leader and Valmiki are different kind of films and for sure they will hit the box office with a positive node.

Meanwhile, Nani and Varun have congratulated each other regarding their releases. “Both of us have to score a big hit” this is the attitude is running between Varun and Nani.
