Noted character artist cum politician, Naramalli Siva Prasad (68) who was admitted to Apollo hospital in Chennai has passed away a little while ago. The actor has entertained us in several Telugu including Drona, Jai Chiranjeeva, Pilla Zamindar, Baladur, Balu, Maska, Ayyare & many.


Siva Prasad, a leader of Telugu Desam Party, won 2009 elections and represented Chittoor Lok Sabha segment in parliament. He's one of the MPs who attracted everyone's attention by dressing up himself as various freedom fighters to protest against the central government for ignoring 'special category status' (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh. Also, his death is a great loss to Telugu Desam Party in Chittoor district.


Siva Prasad was suffering from a kidney issue and was admitted to Apollo Hospitals, Chennai last week. Condolences are being poured to his family members. We hope Siva Prasad finds his peace wherever he is.
