Actor Raj Tarun, who has made headline with the accident case, recently, hasn’t been part of a film since a long time. Even those few ones which he has done, he has more of flops only. But as per the latest reports, it is said that Tarun is going to play the lead role in the Telugu remake of a Bollywood film.

Dream Girl, the recent Ayushmann Khurrana starrer which released on September 13 is said to be remade in Telugu. This romantic comedy has been directed Raaj Shaandilya and crossed Rs 100 crore mark within two weeks of release.

After wrapping up Dil Raju’s Iddari Lokam Okate, Raj Tarun is said to be kicking off this remake film. Dream Girl features protagonist as a cross-gender actor whose female voice gets attention from all over.

Aneesh Krishna of Ala Ela fame is said to be directing this project with Raj Tarun. The duo has earlier made a film called Lover, but it is a disaster at the box office.
