As per industry reports, Rajini received a paycheque of Rs 108 Crores for Murugadoss directorial. It isn't surprising because last several years, Rajini is known to take home a bigger salary than the Bollywood actors.


The director of Darbar, AR Murugadoss, also received Rs 30 Crore remuneration and actress Nayanthara too charged a bomb. The movie is opened to solid box-office numbers in Tamil Nadu and trade experts are reporting massive first-day collections in Telugu states as well.
