It was announced sometime back that Keerthy Suresh is making her Bollywood debut with Ajay Devgn’s upcoming film Maidaan, which is based on a true story. The film is about the good and golden era of the Indian football team which was guided by Coach Syed Abdul Raheem. Ajay Devgn is playing the titular role in this film which is being directed by Amit Ravindernath. The first schedule of the film has been over sometime back and it is going on a brisk pace in Mumbai.

As per the latest report, Keerthy Suresh has been out of the film now. Keerthy shot only for a day for the film and the makers have thought that the actress looks too young to play a mother in the film. Also, the actress lost a lot of kilos to look lean for one of the roles she is doing in the next films. So the makers thought of roping in Priyamani to play the leading lady of the film. The actor will step into Keerthy’s shoes sometime soon and the shooting will progress.
