Anushka Shetty is awaiting the release of her upcoming film Nishabdam which has Madhavan, Michael Madsen, Anjali, Subbaraju, Shalini Pandey and Srinivas Avasarala. The film is jointly bankrolled by People Media Factory and Kona Film Corporation and is scheduled to release on April 2. Anushka will be seen essaying the role of a mute artist Sakshi in the film.

As per the reports, the actress is in talks with a director called Mahesh P. It is said that the actress has given a nod to the script and soon, official confirmation will be made. Mahesh had previously made a film called Ra Ra Krishnayya, which had Sundeep Kishan, Regina Cassandra, Jagapathi Babu and Kalyani in lead roles. This new film does not have a title yet and will be bankrolled by a popular production banner. Anushka hasn’t confirmed the project yet.

Also, it is said that the actress is listening to a few scripts and once she is done with promotions of Nishabdam, she will finalizing a couple of more scripts.
