Iconic singer SP Balasubrahmanyam has tested positive for the coronavirus. Balu himself revealed the news by sharing a video on social media. He said he is doing fine and there is nothing to worry about. He is currently under isolation in a private hospital.

Since two-three days, I was having a little discomfort in my chest. I was also suffering from cold and fever as well. Apart from this, I don't have any problem. I didn't want to take it easy. So, I went to the hospital and got myself checked. They said that it is a mild positive case of coronavirus. They asked me to stay home and go under self-quarantine. They prescribed the medications and told me that I will be alright. I couldn't do that as family members will be very concerned about my health if I'm home. I got admitted to the hospital. All my friends are here. They are taking good care of me. I'm in good hands."

I'm in a healthy condition. Nobody has to worry about me. Please don't bother to call me how I am. I have a little cold and a fever. Even the fever got subsided. I will get discharged in a couple of days. Thanks for the concern. Lots of people are calling me. I could not attend so many calls. I have come here to take a rest. I am fine and I will be fine."
