It is already known that actor Sanjay Dutt is diagnosed with lung cancer. The news came out a couple of days back. He is soon moving to the USA to undergo treatment. Since then, many celebrities and fans are praying for his speedy recovery. Now, Megastar Chiranjeevi also sent his message and prayed for the recovery of Dutt.

Last night, Chiru tweeted, "Dearest @duttsanjay Bhai, pained to know you are confronted with this health situation. But you are a fighter & have vanquished many crises over the years. Have no doubts you will come out of this with flying colors too. All our love and prayers for your speedy recovery."

Chiranjeevi and Sanjay Dutt share a good bonding for many years. Chiru remade Dutt's Munna Bhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munna Bhai into Telugu as Shankar Dada MBBS and Shankar Dada Zindabad respectively. His son Ram Charan shared screen space with the Bollywood actor in the Hindi film Zanjeer.
