Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and director Harish Shankar delivered a hit film in the form of Gabbar Singh. Now, the duo is teaming up again for an interesting project. Mythri Movie Makers will produce the film. Initially, there is a lot of discussion regarding the leading lady of the film but nothing has been finalized yet. Shruti Haasan's name initially did rounds but now, we hear that Pooja Hegde is going to romance Pawan Kalyan in the movie.

Harish Shankar already worked with Pooja Hegde twice. She played the leading lady in Duvvada Jagannadham and Gadhalakonda Ganesh. Both enjoy a great friendship which results in Pooja adjusting the dates for this film, despite her busy schedules. Also, it will be a big opportunity for Pooja to act alongside Pawan Kalyan which she cannot afford to miss.
