Rhea Chakraborty is currently in the judicial custody as she was found guilty by the Narcotics Control Bureau who were investigating the drugs angle in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. CBI took up the investigation and with the drugs angle popping up, the Narcotics Control Bureau stepped in. Rhea and her brother Showik applied for bail but the court has rejected the same and extended their judicial custody till October 20th, 2020.

Today, Rhea and Showik were presented in front of the special NDS court where the judge ordered 14-day custody for them. With this, they were disappointed again as this is the third time that their judicial custody has been extended. They will be presented in front of the court once again on 20th October and we have to see if the court grants them the bail.
