The episode started with Nagarjuna's grand entry with 'Butta Bomma' song from 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' movie. On Friday morning, Bigg Boss asked everyone to gather in the living room and said that they have utterly failed in following the rules. Bigg Boss also gave a punishment to Sohel that whenever a housemate broke a rule, Sohel should go in front of every camera in the house and apologize to Bigg Boss.

As a part of Oppo F17 pro personality trait task, Akhil gave the most stylish tag to Mehboob. Noel gave a perfect picture to Ariyana. Harika gave the most speedy tag to Lasya. Divi gave most highlighted in the crowd title to Avinash. Abhijeet gave the clearest tag to Kumar Sai. Gangavva gave power in the air tag to Amma Rajashekar. Sohel gave all-rounder title to Monal.

Nagarjuna greeted the housemates and talking about the nominations, he pointed out the issue between Abhijeet and Akhil during the nominations. Nagarjuna asked why they brought the third person Monal into their issue. Abhijeet said that it was Akhil who brought her topic but Nagarjuna asked why Abhijeet didn't stop the conversation and continued it even if she is begging and pleading them. Both of them apologized to Nagarjuna. Monal said that both of them were at fault.

While talking to Noel, Nagarjuna scolded Amma Rajashekar for his behavior with Noel on the nomination day. Nagarjuna also lashed out at Sohel for screaming at Divi on the nomination day. He added that he is not gonna leave Sohel this time if he ever raises his voice on a girl again.

Nagarjuna also advised Abhijeet not to use words like uneducated in the Bigg Boss house. He also scolded Mehboob for abusing the housemates during the task. Nagarjuna said that Gangavva has been suffering from some physical and mental issues from the past two weeks and has been requesting Bigg Boss to eliminate her and send her back to her home.

Nagarjuna called Gangavva into the confession room and asked how she has been feeling and Gangavva were said that she is unable to stay in the house anymore and wants to go to her home as soon as possible. All the housemates started to cry and Nagarjuna asked  Bigg Boss to let Gangavva come out of the house. Bigg Boss also accepted Gangavva's request and gave his permission to come out of the Bigg house. All the housemates got teary-eyed and Gangavva left the house. Nagarjuna invited Gangavva on to the stage. She said the good and bad qualities of all the housemates and also announced that Akhil is in safe zone.
