The episode started with Nagarjuna's stylish entry with 'Pranamam' song from 'Janatha Garage' movie. Nagarjuna greeted the housemates and made them play dumb charades. Akhil enacted 'Oohalu Gusagusalade' title and the housemates gave the title to Sujatha. Sohel enacted 'World Famous Lover' and they picked Abhijeet for the title. Abhijeet danced with Ariyana for that song. Nagarjuna and the housemates wished him a happy birthday.

Sujatha enacted 'Master' title and housemates claimed that it is Amma Rajashekar. Amma Rajashekar enacted 'Jalsa' title. The housemates thought that it is Harika but the poster has Ariyana in it. Lasya enacted 'Pokiri' title and they gave it to Sohel. Nagarjuna announced that Ariyana is in safe zone. Abhijeet enacted 'Darling' title. The housemates said it is Lasya. But, the poster featured Avinash. Noel enacted 'Ye Maaya Chesave'. The poster has Monal in it. Ariyana enacted 'Andala Rakshasi' and the housemates gave it to Divi. Avinash enacted 'Mathu Vadalara'. The housemates gave it to Kumar Sai. Kumar Sai enacted 'Pedda Rayudu' and the housemates gave it to Lasya.

Noel entered the safe zone. Nagarjuna gave an opportunity to the hotel team in the task to become guests. Ariyana lifted Avinash. Mehboob did 50 squats lifting Sujatha. Abhijeet, Lasya, and Monal entered the safe zone. Nagarjuna announced that Sujatha got evicted. Sujatha gave red hearts to Noel, Lasya, and Avinash.
