The episode started with Noel in extreme pain. Bigg Boss announced the captaincy task, 'Aadavallaku Matrame' in which only the women in the house can participate. Akhil got the key first. As expected, he selected Monal for the captaincy. Monal plucked an apple with Harika's picture and said that she has a support system which is why she can survive the nominations and there is no need of captaincy for her. In the second round, Mehboob won the key and selected Ariyana. Ariyana plucked Lasya's image apple and gave a reason that she has already experienced captaincy before. Now, only Ariyana and Monal are in the race. Amma Rajashekar got the key and selected Ariyana and she became the captain of the house.

Later, Ariyana picked Monal as the ration manager which made Amma Rajashekar angry. He scolded her and said that he is regretting his decision of making her the captain. Ariyana didn't understand why he is angry and tried to explain to him. But, Amma Rajashekar said that he picked her over Monal but she just selected Monal which is like a slipper shot to him. Though Ariyana said that the ration manager won't have any immunity, Amma Rajashekar said that he wanted to become one.

Later, Monal tried to show that 3 fruits got spoiled to Avinash who in turn asked her to show it to the previous ration manager Ariyana. When Monal tried to show the same to Ariyana, Amma Rajashekar indirectly gave counters to Ariyana who became sad and walked out. Noel got medical attention and Bigg Boss revealed that he has to step out of the BiggBoss house to get more medical help. Noel tells the same to everyone and walked out of the Bigg Boss house leaving Harika in tears.
