No doubt, The OTT becomes a big threat for the cinema industry and it has already been proven several times. Due to the corona pandemic, the OTT has shown its power in terms of direct releases (movies) and its ‘original content’ has become ‘hot cake’ for the audience.

But, what will happen to the movie industry’s situation after the opening of theaters? Nobody knows. As per some movie industry biggies, it is very tough for movie makers to compete with OTT with theatre releases.

However, some other movie makers are super confident about theatre releases and they hope everything will come on track in just a couple of months.
